The summa of High Mesa Fitness is Kiyokuto 'The Way of Vitality.' Kiyokudo is a cultivation of robust health and exceptional fitness. From the elite athlete to the fitness enthusiast, each is trained across the landscape of STRENGTH, CARDIO, MOBILITY, and NUTRITION arts.
These include but are not limited to several possible modes of training:
Bodyweight conditioning, Free weights, Kettle-bells, sandbags, medicine balls, club-bells, jumprope, plyometrics, hatha yoga, joint mobility, endurance and speed training, multiple martial arts, and various indigenous practices where natural surroundings provide amble challenges for a profound training effect. Nutrition is informed by the best of Paleo, Mediterranean and whole food culinary traditions.
